What is Horn OK Please
Horn OK Please, often shortened to HOP, is a Delhi food festival that mixes food stalls, live music, and shopping into one weekend. So Delhi co-founder Digant Sharma organises it. The festival calls itself Delhi's happiest food festival. Its name comes from the phrase painted on the back of Indian trucks, which asks drivers behind to sound their horn before they overtake. The phrase is a well known piece of Indian truck art. See the full list of food and drink festivals in this category.
When is the next Horn OK Please
The next edition has no announced dates yet. The last edition, 16.0, took place on 28–29 March 2026 at JLN Stadium, Gate 14. Before that, the 15th edition ran on 29–30 November 2025 at the same venue. The festival has run about twice a year in recent seasons, but exact dates shift each time, so do not plan travel around an unannounced date. Check the Horn OK Please Instagram page for the next announcement.

What to eat
Food is the centre of the festival. The 16.0 edition listed more than 5,000 dishes from over 100 food and drink brands, covering Delhi street food plus Mexican, Japanese, Italian, Korean, and Middle Eastern stalls. See the Loudest report on Horn OK Please 16.0 dishes, brands, and artists for the full line-up. A Cocktail Lane served handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, and beers. Start with one or two stalls, then walk the full ground before you buy more, since the range is wide and queues build at the best known stalls.
Music and shopping
The 16.0 edition listed more than 20 live artists, including Varinder Brar, Bombay Rockers, Navraj Hans, Sapna Choudhary, Sukhe, and Mellow D. Music runs through the afternoon and evening, with hip hop, Punjabi, and indie acts. Quirk Bazaar, the shopping area, hosted more than 50 fashion and lifestyle labels. Games and photo spots round out the ground for visitors who come for more than the food.
How to get there
- Metro: JLN Stadium Metro Station on the Violet Line, a short walk from the stadium.
- Bus: CGO Complex stop, about a 3 minute walk from Gate 14.
- Auto or cab: ask for JLN Stadium, Gate 14. Traffic is heavy near the stadium on festival days, so allow extra time.
Good to know
- Entry: use Gate 14, as listed for recent editions. Gates can change, so check the official announcement for your edition.
- Payment: carry a card and some cash. Stall payment options vary.
- Crowds: evenings are the busiest. Arrive at opening time for shorter queues.
- Weather and air: Delhi winter air can be poor. Check the air quality index before you go, and carry a mask if you are sensitive.
- Kids: the festival is family friendly, with games and photo spots. Evenings get loud and crowded, so families with small children often come earlier in the day.
